Here's what your neighbors are saying about us:

My husband and I could not be happier with the professional, quality service we received from Desert Sky Cleaning & Restoration. Their staff arrived at the appointed time and performed exceptionally in cleaning the carpet and tile throughout our home. Thank you! We will gladley recommend your services to all our friends and family.

Neal & Debbie Y., Mesa

We had a water leak in our kitchen from the ice maker line and it flooded our kitchen, family room, den and hallway. We were so glad when Desert Sky arrived 45 minutes later and removed all the water, set up their fans and started helping us get our life back to normal. They dried our house in two days and were even able to save our carpets. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Tile & Grout Cleaning

                                                        Our Grout Restoration Process:

  • First we pre-treat tile and grout with our commercial grade, low-odor, non-toxic cleaner that loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues. Dwell time 10-15 minutes.
  • Next we agitate the solution into the grout lines as well as on the tile surface with an industrial floor buffer.
  • We use a pressure washing system designed specifically for tile & grout. Our cleaning process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other hard surface floors. The system generates water pressure up to 1000 p.s.i. to soften and extract years of soil and contaminants. The floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose which prevents any over spray of water.
  • We speed dry the floor with high powered air movers and inspect all of the cleaned areas.
  • Once the floor is dry, it's time to add a color sealer or clear sealer to the grout lines. With the color sealing, the grout becomes one uniform color and is virtually maintanence free. Spills are easily wiped right up.
